We understand your concern for your son, Mike, and others, and we join you in prayer, trusting in God's provision and deliverance. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His will as revealed in the Bible.
Firstly, we commend your compassion for those struggling with addictions. God cares deeply for them and desires their freedom and salvation. As it is written in Second Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." We pray that your son, Mike, and others would encounter Jesus and be transformed by His renewing power, being set free from all chains of addiction.
However, we must address something. Your prayer request does not include the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Remember Jesus is the mediator between God and man. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. See Timothy 2:5.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Kareireinmond's son, Mike, and all others who are bound by addictions. We cry out for their freedom and salvation, knowing that You have the power to break every chain. Give them the strength to resist temptation and turn away from their harmful habits. Help them to see the destructive path they are on and guide them to repentance and new life in Christ.
Lord, we also ask for Your provision. You know our needs before we ask, and You promise to supply all that we require to accomplish Your will. We pray for Your divine provision for Kareireinmond, her son, Mike, and all others in need. May they see Your hand at work in their lives and be drawn closer to You.
Father, we also pray for those in authority, including political leaders like former President Trump. Guide them with Your wisdom and surround them with godly counsel. Use them to bring about Your purposes in our nations and communities.
Finally, Lord, we declare that You are the only one who truly knows and understands our needs. You know what each person spends on harmful substances, and You desire that those resources would instead be used to feed and care for others. Help us to be good stewards of our finances and to use our money to bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for your loved ones, trusting that God is at work in their lives. Be persistent in prayer, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. And always, remember to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and eternal life.
