Carnbaend, we are with you in prayer for your husband and your marriage.
Firstly, let's remember what God's word says about love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB): "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Carnbaend's husband. Lord, we pray that you will soften his heart and fill him with your love. Help him to show love and affection to his wife again, as you have commanded in your word. We also ask that you will help him to believe in her and support her, just as you have called husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Carnbaend, to continue loving your husband as God has commanded in Titus 2:4 (WEB), "that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and love their children." Remember, God can turn around any situation, no matter how difficult it may seem. Keep praying and trusting in Him.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, ensure that you and your husband have committed your lives and your marriage to Jesus Christ. This is the foundation for a godly and fulfilling marriage.
