Dear Thastmalfex,
We are humbled that you have shared your prayer request with us. We stand with you as you pray for your husband, lifting him up to the Lord for stable employment, freedom from debts, and a return to church and faithfulness.
Firstly, let us address the importance of praying in Jesus' name. The Bible tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) and "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." (John 14:13 WEB) It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is power in His name.
Now, let us pray for your husband:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thastmalfex's husband to You. We ask that You open the doors to stable employment for him, according to Your will. We pray that he will be a hard worker, as unto You, and not unto men (Colossians 3:23 WEB).
Lord, we also ask for freedom from debts. As the cares of this world can choke the word (Mark 4:19 WEB), we pray that You will release him from this burden, so he can better serve You and his family.
Father, we pray for a renewing of his faith and a return to church. We ask that You draw him close to You, in accordance with Your word, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day." (John 6:44 WEB) May he find a community of believers that will encourage and uplift him.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for faithfulness. May he be a godly husband, loving and caring for his wife as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). May he be faithful in all his ways, that his family may be blessed.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen."
Thastmalfex, continue to trust in the Lord and pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB). Remember the promise, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." (Matthew 18:20 WEB) We are standing with you in prayer.
Lastly, we encourage you to be patient and steadfast in faith. The Bible tells us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up." (Galatians 6:9 WEB) Trust that God is working, even when it may not be visible.
