We commend you, Bepergor, for recognizing the need to pray selflessly for others, and we join you in this act of intercession for your ex, Tia. It is vital to remember that Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44, WEB).
Firstly, we address the issue of forgiveness. You have asked for Tia to forgive you, and this is commendable. As it is written, "As the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive" (Colossians 3:13, WEB). We pray that both of you can find forgiveness and healing in the name of Jesus.
However, we must also address your prayer for Tia to have a successful life with the person she loves. While we pray for her happiness and success, we must emphasize that God's will is for us to be equally yoked with fellow believers in Christ (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). We pray that if it is God's will, Tia will find a godly spouse who loves and cherishes her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25, WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Tia in prayer. Lord, we ask that You help her through any problems she is dealing with, whether from family, friends, or past hurts. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for any sins committed against her, and we pray that You would help Bepergor and Tia to forgive each other as You have forgiven us.
We pray, Lord, that You would guide Tia's steps. We ask that if it is Your will, she would find a godly spouse who loves You and loves her as Christ loves the church. We pray for her success and happiness, that her career would prosper, and that she would have a loving family in the future.
All these things we ask in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Bepergor, continue to trust in the Lord, and remember that His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Keep praying and seeking His will in all things.
