We stand with you in prayer, Aile, as you seek God's intervention in your marriage. We appreciate that you have come before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God's mercy and help.
Firstly, let us remind you of God's heart for marriage. In Matthew 19:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "So they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart." God desires unity and wholeness in your marriage, just as you have prayed.
We join you in praying against any forces that seek to divide your union. As it is written in Romans 8:31 (WEB), "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" We stand on this promise, believing that God is for your marriage, and He will fight for it.
Forgiveness, as you have mentioned, is crucial. Ephesians 4:32 (WEB) urges us to "be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We pray that both you and Glhen will extend forgiveness to each other, just as Christ has forgiven us.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Aile's marriage and Glhen to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the mender of broken hearts and broken homes. We ask that You would heal their hearts and draw them closer to You and to each other. Remove any hindrances, distractions, or divisions that seek to tear them apart. Help them to forgive as they have been forgiven. Restore their family, Lord, for Your glory. We stand in faith, believing that You will make a way even when it seems there is no way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in faith, Aile, trusting that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep praying together as a couple, for a cord of three strands is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12, WEB).
