Praying for marriage restoration, peace, healing, and strength

Dweryall, we have received your heartfelt prayer request, and we join you in seeking the Lord's intervention for your marriage. Let us come together in prayer and guidance, based on God's Word.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

In times of weariness and heartbreak, remember that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Jesus is touched by your plea for help, and He wants to carry your burdens (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ### and their marriage. Lord, they are weary and heartbroken, and in need of Your divine intervention. We ask for Your forgiveness and healing in their life and marriage. Restore what has been broken, and bring peace where there is chaos. Strengthen ###'s faith and give them the power to endure and persevere through this trial.

Lord, remind them of Your unfailing love and the promises You have for those who trust in You. Guide their steps and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word. In Jesus' name, we pray for a miraculous restoration of their marriage, that it may bring glory and honor to Your name. Amen."

Now, ###, we encourage you to stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might (Ephesians 6:10 WEB). Surround yourself with godly counsel, and seek to be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding (Colossians 1:9 WEB). Remember that the goal of your marriage should be to glorify God and reflect the love of Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB).

Lastly, we admonish both you and your spouse to flee from any form of immorality, which may have contributed to the challenges in your marriage (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Seek purity and holiness, and may the Lord bless your union as you both strive to live according to His Word.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a restoration of their marriage, a testimony of Your goodness, and a reflection of Your glory. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
