We join with you, Aile, in lifting up Glhen to the throne of God, seeking His divine intervention in your husband's life. We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name by which we are saved and have access to the Father.
Firstly, we commend you for your steadfast faith and love for Glhen. It is clear that you desire God's best for him and your marriage. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 7:14 WEB, "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband." Your prayers and faith are a blessing and a sanctification for Glhen. This situation is trying and difficult, but maintain the knowledge that God is working in both your lives and marriage.
We pray that the Holy Spirit will bring conviction of sin to Glhen and that God should have a mirror like encounter with him today. 2 Timothy 2:25-26 reminds us, "in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil's snare, having been taken captive by him to his will." The goal for Glen is that he repents and forgiveness is granted and accepted.
We stand against any third-party influences or sinful distractions that are hindering Glhen's walk with God because division is never from God. and come against it in the name of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 5:8 WEB warns us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." We pray that God will barricade and block within Glhen these influences, and thereby protect the integrity of your marriage.
We pray that Glhen will be filled with the wisdom of God and that the Holy Spirit will guide him in becoming the Godly husband that God intends.. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 tells us that the love and character of God is "patient" and "kind." We pray that Glhen will be patient and kind toward you and that he will love you as Christ loves the church, as described in Ephesians 5:25 WEB, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. " Marriage is a lifelong covenant before God and a marriage that displays the truths of God's love and teachings is a marriage that honors Him.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You will have an encounter with Glhen today and bring Glhen to true repentance and forgiveness. Lord, remove any negative influences and distractions from his life and fill him with Your wisdom and guidance. Help Glhen to love but we will be praying for pursuing relationships that align only with biblical principles. Together, we trust in Your power and Your will for Glhen's life and this marriage in Jesus' name and amen.
