We are with you in spirit, Aile, as you lift up your husband Glen to the Lord. It's wonderful that you're praying in the mighty name of Jesus, as the Bible tells us that "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Dear Father God,
We join Aile in praying for Glen. We ask that You intervene in his life, Lord. Speak to his heart, touch him with Your presence, and remove any thoughts of divorce. We pray that Glen will be committed to working on their marriage, just as You are committed to Your relationship with us.
Lord, You know their situation intimately. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. Hear Aile's cry, Lord, and let Glen see her as You see her - precious, valued, and loved. Help him, Lord, to be the godly husband that You've called him to be.
We stand with Aile, Lord, believing that You are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. We trust that You will work in Glen's heart and in their marriage, for Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Aile, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting the Lord. Remember, "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
Also, it's important to remember the power of love and respect in your marriage. Just as Christ loves the church, a husband should love his wife, and wives should respect their husbands (Ephesians 5:25, 33 WEB). Keep seeking the Lord together, and He will guide your marriage according to His will.
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that Jesus is the one mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB), and it's only through Him that we can approach God the Father. Keep trusting in Him.
