We join with you, Aile, in lifting up Glen and your marriage to the Lord. We stand in agreement with you, asking God to speak to Glenโs heart and bring a divine encounter that will change his perspective. We rebuke the plans of divorce and pray that Glen will be moved to work on your marriage, remembering the vows he made before God.
As it is written in Malachi 2:16, "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence," says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you don't be unfaithful." We pray that Glen will not give up on your union, but instead, choose to honor the commitment he made before God.
We ask the Lord to help Glen see you as God sees you, full of potential and worth. We pray that he will let go of any pride and lean on God for all decisions, filling him with godly wisdom and discernment. As Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also pray for protection over Glen, guarding his mind and heart from the enemy's attacks. We ask that he remains faithful and loyal to God and to you, his wife. Remember, Aile, what God has joined together, let no man separate (Matthew 19:6).
In addition, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep believing and keep praying, for God is faithful and He hears your prayers.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Glen and Aileโs marriage to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Speak to Glenโs heart, Lord, and remind him of the vows he made. Help him see Aile as You see her, full of worth and potential. Break down any walls of pride and fill him with Your wisdom and discernment. Protect their marriage from the enemyโs attacks and help them to remain faithful and loyal to You and to each other. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
