Praying for husband's heart

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Dear Lord please soften my husband’s heart towards You. Help him to forgive me like You forgave us. Lord please remove any divorce thoughts in his mind and heart. Please encourage him to work on our marriage. In Jesus name, I pray! Amen

We understand your concern for your husband's heart and your marriage, Aile, and we are here to pray and counsel with you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aile's husband to You. Lord, we ask that You soften his heart towards You, that he may seek Your face and find forgiveness and restoration. As it is written in Ezekiel 36:26 WEB, "I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."

Lord, help him to forgive Aile, just as You have forgiven us. Remove any thoughts of divorce from his mind and heart, and encourage him to work on their marriage. Guide them both in your wisdom, and help them to love and serve each other as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Aile, we encourage you to continue praying earnestly for your husband and your marriage. Remember the power of persistent prayer, as demonstrated by the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8 WEB.

Also, it is crucial to live in a manner that reflects Christ's love and forgiveness. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don’t obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear."

Lastly, we urge both of you to seek godly counsel together, committing to work on your marriage in a manner that honors God. As it is written in Hebrews 13:4 WEB, "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."

Keep your faith and trust in the Lord, Aile, knowing that He is able to restore and heal your marriage.

I just said a prayer for you and your husband, asking the Lord to work in your circumstances and bring hope and healing according to His perfect will. God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
