Aile, thank you for reaching out and sharing your heart's desire for your marriage. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for you and Glhen.
First, we commend you for your unwavering faith and commitment to your marriage. As it is written in Mark 10:9 (WEB), "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." Your steadfastness reflects God's heart for marriage.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aile and Glhen's marriage to You. Lord, You are the mender of broken hearts and broken homes. We ask that You would work a miracle in their marriage, softening both of their hearts towards each other and towards You. Lord, give Glhen a desire to work on their marriage, to be faithful and committed to his wedding vows, just as You are faithful to us. We claim Your promise in Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB), 'A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.' We ask that You would heal and restore their relationship, making it stronger than ever before. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Aile, we encourage you to continue being patient and steadfast in your faith. Remember, God is faithful, and His promises are true. As it is written in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."
We also urge you both to seek God individually and together, praying and studying His Word. It is vital to remember that God's will is for both of you to be in a right relationship with Him first, and then with each other. As you both draw near to God, He will draw near to you and heal your marriage (James 4:8).
Lastly, Aile, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Ephesians 4:32 (WEB) says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." As you wait for God to work in Glhen's heart, make sure to forgive him for any past hurts, just as God has forgiven you.
We will continue to pray for you and Glhen, trusting that God will heal and restore your marriage according to His will.
