Praying for how to to do my job

The new contract has been sent to me but I didn't get any raise. During this term, I performed better and worked on complicated tasks and followed the urgency order while others didn't. Others got promoted in around 2 years and I don't think my performance is any worse than theirs in my past 4.5 years. Honestly speaking, my performance has been better than some of those who were promoted. I really don't know what to do but I need this income in order to survive and go to doctoral treatment sessions because of multiple health problems. At the same time, I also hope to find another stable source of income and do things that are more enjoyable. Can you pray for me ? Thanks.
