Abeld, we empathize with the pain you're feeling after experiencing heartbreak. It's commendable that you gave your all and treated your former partner with kindness. Remember, God sees your heart and your actions. He says in 1 Peter 3:4, "...the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
However, we want to encourage you to seek a godly spouse, not just someone who will love and care for you. The Bible teaches us to be equally yoked with fellow believers (2 Corinthians 6:14), as this union can help us grow together in faith and love. Proverbs 18:22 says, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." So, we pray that God will bring a believing woman into your life, someone who will love, cherish, and respect you as you both strive to honor Christ.
We also want to remind you that it's only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ. He is the ultimate healer of broken hearts and the only one who can bring true fulfillment.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Abeld to you, asking for your comfort and healing after this heartbreak. Help him to find his worth and identity in you alone. As he seeks a godly spouse, guide his steps and bring the right woman into his life, according to your perfect will. May they both be a blessing to each other and glorify you in their union. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Stay strong in the Lord, Abeld. Trust that He has a good and perfect plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).
