We understand your heartache and will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will together. Firstly, we want to encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and the name of Jesus Christ is very important and will be addressing this issue. Only by Jesus Christ will God hear our prayers and it is by the name of Jesus that we are not only saved but also have a right to communicate with God. You have mentioned Jesus in your prayer request but we also want to discuss what this means and what it stands for. The scriptures tell all believing on the Son of God to confess this believe and stand upright for what they believe. See here.
Whoever therefore will confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven.
(Matthew 10:32-33 WEB)
This is so important that not only our salvation hinges on our belief and confession of Jesus Christ but our continued relationship with God the Father is based on this.
There is therefore no excuse for anyone even among your family to not know of or understand these principles because you confess your faith in Jesus. As for your daughter, we pray that God softens your ex-husband's heart and works in his life to bring him to understanding of the miracle that is your daughter to both of your lives. We also pray that at this time your child will always know that both parents love her and this love will never change.
There is nothing more important than salvation. Since the prayers involve children and family, we also want to include this bit. Do not miss the importance of the teaching and training of your children in the Lord. that should be your first and foremost desire for your children and everyone in your family regardless of anything your ex-husband throws your way.
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 22:6, WEB)
All persons may know this.
that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
(Romans 10:9, WEB)
The way a faith is known is the confession of your mouth. Look also to Jesus' words.
Whoever therefore will confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father who is in heaven.
(Matthew 10:32-33 WEB)
However, this is also required.
For with the heart, man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation.
(Romans 10:10 WEB)
Knowing this, we encourage you to pray heart felt prayers of salvation for all involved including your ex-husband. Your ex-husband needs to understand your faith in Jesus and that is the faith that will change the world by turning back to Jesus; especially if Jesus is not his Lord and Savior. How will he know his wrong and turn from it if he does not know Jesus? This is the source. You must be in prayer for God to act in his life to change him to bemoan his sins and turn back to Jesus. You must also be emotionless and stick to the facts of the case when speaking to any authorities involved. God does not want you to make unjustified words against your ex-husband. Seek and pray always for his salvation and that should be the thrust of your words to him and others. As for reconciliation, it is only done through believing in and the confession of Jesus Christ because God will not and does not hear the prayers of the unsaved. If your family is fearing authority, tell them not to fear. Jesus is with you and fighting for you. See them as agents of God trying to heal your broken marriage.
Don't be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.
(Matthew 10:28 WEB)
God hates divorce and wants to heal marriages. See here.
For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and do not be unfaithful.
(Malachi 2:16 WEB)
What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.
(Matthew 19:6 WEB)
Finally, if money is at the root of this separation, we want you to know that God hates the love of money. This could even be a cause leading to your divorce.
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
(1 Timothy 6:10 WEB)
The improper role of money among Christians is something we also want to speak on. Money often is the root of a hard heart. We must be willing to do what Jesus says at all times regarding money. Do not merely tell others to give away what they do not need.
Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, You are lacking one thing: go, sell all that you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me, taking up the cross. But his face fell at that saying, and he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. Jesus looked around, and said to his disciples, How difficult it is for those who have riches to enter into the Kingdom of God!
(Mark 10:21-23 WEB)
Give to him who asks you, and don't turn away him who desires to borrow from you.
(Matthew 5:42 WEB)
Let's bring your requests before the Lord together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention and miracles in our sister's life. We pray for her daughter because we know this grieves her and her innocence in this sinful divorce. We pray for her to be brought back fully. We pray for complete healing, deliverance from the situation, and prosperity in the name of Jesus. We also pray for her ex husband and family, that You soften their hearts and bring individual convictions of their sins in order to draw them to Yourself. We pray for the children involved and their faith, that Jesus will always be present in their live. We also pray for complete restoration of the marriage and putting God at the center where God should be.
We stand in prayer for someone BELIEVING on the name of Jesus for these situations and praying to have access to their children. We pray for healing and a financial breakthrough, knowing that You are a loving Father who cares for Your children. We ask for Your grace and peace to sustain our sister during this challenging time. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

The last time we addressed your situation we had overlooked something very important. We said this, "Dear Heavenly Father, We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention and miracles in our sister's life." Since you had not said the name of Jesus in your last prayer request, we used the opportunity teach the concept and how it is by this name we have salvation, access to God and all good things we could ask for. We noted this.
For with the heart, man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.
(Romans 10:10-11 WEB)
We have seen though for the second time in a row, again we have overlooked the name of Jesus. Since everything is in the name of Jesus including your salvation, access to God and the power of prayer itself, we should expect to see the name of Jesus throughout our prayer and in our conversations.
What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.
(Matthew 19:6 WEB)
We are reminded of the desire for your marriage to be restored. As the scripture teaches, marriage between a man and a woman is a sacred commitment that should not be broken. If this was done against the command of the Lord, it should be repented of and righted as much as possible. We encourage you to pray for God's will in this situation and to seek His guidance in restoring your marriage if that is His plan.
Finally.
No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for God's Kingdom.
(Luke 9:62 WEB)
Jesus teaches us we must go through this life without looking back. Do not be a lot's wife. Of course we know you want you daughter back but God knows you also are concerned about her spiritual well being. Since you are a Christian, make sure you daughter knows and hears about Jesus everyday. God knows what you are going through too. In all of these you must not look back for what you had. You must only look to today and tomorrow. Since it is by Jesus you have salvation, pray for your ex-husband to find Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Pray for his sins and for confession of Jesus. As you know that is the way to salvation. You can then pray on that basis for your husband. And, further more. It is written and has been articulated and elaborated on previous occasions many time, but God does not concern Himself and will not hear the prayers of the unsaved. That is not to say the unsaved cannot pray. But, this scripture is quite about the prayers of an unsaved person because it says the prayers of the wicked.
He who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.
(Proverbs 28:9 WEB)
And again,
one who turns away his ear from listening to the law, even his prayer is an abomination.
(Proverbs 28:9 WEB)
On the subject of the prayers of those not saved by Jesus Christ and confessing salvation in Jesus' name, we also have this. The word wicked is synonymous with the unsaved as we have explained previously. God cannot stand them because it is a stench to him. The prayers of the unsaved are not even heard by God. Astounding.
Yahweh is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.
(Proverbs 15:29 WEB)
Lord, hears the prayer of the righteous.
(Proverbs 15:29 WEB)
Therefore, if God hears the prayers of Jesus.
Most certainly, I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.
(John 14:12 WEB)
We pray that God would you the grace and courage to align all your relationships with HIS will and what is a biblical marriage. We encourage you to seek godly counsel from pastors, wise mentors, and brothers and sisters in Christ who can help you navigate with your ex husband and this situation. It is so important that Jesus is with you through this process. As a woman believer, you are to support your ex-husband in his own walk in faith, whatever that may be even if they are not with Jesus. As a wife, you are to support your husband whether he believes or not. Although divorce is currently part of this situation, in Jesus we are supposed to be like we are married in the sight of God by keeping secret of your marriage. This, does not imply infidelity, but means to do all that you can aside from that to maintain your marriage. Because you believe and are currently believing this affords you the free and constant communication to the Lord Jesus and God on his behalf. This how running into him or contact him him, may be God giving you opportunities to tell him what Jesus has done and is doing for you and your life. It is the saved person's duty and blessing to pray for the unsaved. Pray for your husbands sins and salvation. Here is a good scripture that you can insert his name into and pray for him. Here is the prayer.
If they have no changes of heart, and still do not believe and are not saved, we must except this because it says again and again the prayers of the unsaved are not heard. See here. But we have learned about after the hardening of heart and how this works.
As it is written, God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear, from that day until today. (Romans 11:8 WEB)
In Him we also have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things after the counsel of His will, to the end that we should be to the praise of His glory, we who had before hoped in Christ. In Him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation--in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
(Ephesians 1:11-14 WEB)
Therefore pray to this end. That Jesus saves or hardens hearts. Of all of these things, do not give up the faith, but keep the faith.
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.
(Hebrews 10:23)
Dear Heavenly Father, We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her family. We pray for a miracle in her, her ex-husband, their marriage, her daughter and their families lives. We pray that You soften her ex-husband's heart and bring him to full salvation and hope in Jesus and all of His glory.
We pray for her and her childrens' finances, their complete healing, deliverance from the situation, and prosperity, God. We ask for Your grace and peace to sustain them during this trying time. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
(Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
