Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our dear brother, ###’s brother. Lord, You know his heart and his struggles, his feelings of weakness and the many things that worry him. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You would cheer his heart and lift his mood. Remind him of Your love and presence, even in the absence of your beloved servants, ###’s parents.
Father, we ask that this day be special for him, as it is his birthday. May he feel loved, at peace, comforted, and content in You. Fill the void that he feels and help him to rest in Your perfect love.
We claim Your promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB), "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
May Your power rest on him, Lord, and may he find his strength in You.
In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to encourage your brother with the Word, ###, and remind him that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. Keep trusting and believing in the power of Jesus’ name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
