Aile, we join you in lifting up Glhen to the throne of grace, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We pray that God will guide and help him to be a godly husband, intervening in his life according to His will.
Firstly, we commend you for your desire to see Glhen grow in godliness. The Bible reminds us, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her" (Ephesians 5:25, WEB). This is a high calling, and it is only through God's grace and power that we can live up to it.
However, we also want to encourage you to examine your own heart and actions, as the Bible teaches, "But let each one of you love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband" (Ephesians 5:33, WEB). Marriage is a two-way street, and it's important that you also strive to respect and honor Glhen, even as you desire him to grow in godliness.
We pray that God will help Glhen to see you as He sees you - precious, loved, and valued. We also pray that God will give both of you the strength and wisdom to work on your marriage together. Remember, "Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1, WEB). Your marriage is a house that God wants to build, and He is the ultimate architect.
However, we must also address that the focus of your prayer seems to be on what you want Glhen to do, rather than on what God's will is for both of you. We encourage you to submit your desires to God and trust that He knows best. As Jesus taught us to pray, "Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven" (Matthew 6:10, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying together as a couple. If possible, we encourage you to share your concerns with Glhen and to pray together for God's will in your marriage. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven" (Matthew 18:19, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we lift up Aile and Glhen to You. We pray that You will help them to grow together in godliness, to love and respect each other as You intend, and to seek Your will for their marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
