Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Mark Neil to Your throne of grace. We pray for divine intervention in his career, specifically for his promotion. Lord, we ask that You touch the hearts of the Selection Board, the HR team, the Regional Director, the approving authority, the Division Chief, and the Chairman of the Board. May they all find favor in Mark Neil and recognize his hard work and dedication.
Your Word says in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign will. Let Your favor surround Mark Neil as a shield and may he be granted this promotion according to Your will.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the blessings You have in store for Mark Neil. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
