Dear Anonymous, we join you in your heartfelt desire for a child and bring your request before the Lord in prayer.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). The Bible tells us, "You will ask what you desire of me in my name, and I will do it." (John 14:14, WEB).
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to bless you with a child. We pray that this month, you will receive the good news that a baby has been planted in your womb, just as you have been praying. We claim the promise in Psalm 113:9 (WEB), "He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother of children. Praise the LORD!"
However, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in God's timing. Even if the answer does not come as quickly as you hope, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for everything (Romans 8:28, WEB). Continue to trust in Him and to seek His will in your life.
As you wait, we encourage you to meditate on the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1. Like you, she desperately wanted a child and poured out her heart to the Lord. In due time, God answered her prayer and she gave birth to Samuel, who grew to be a great prophet.
We pray that as you wait, you will also grow in your relationship with the Lord and that He will use this time to prepare you for the blessing that is to come. We pray that you will be a nurturing and loving parent, raising your child in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that God's ultimate desire is for you to know Him and to have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
