Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous sister. We lift up her needs and burdens to you, knowing that you are the source of all comfort and peace. We ask that you would grant her an abundance of peace and calm in the midst of her challenges. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, and we do so now, trusting that you will hear and answer.
Lord, we specifically lift up the misplaced papers that our sister is seeking. We ask that you would guide her to find them swiftly. Your Word assures us in James 5:13 that when we are afflicted, we should pray. We believe that you are attentive to our prayers and that you are able to bring about a resolution to this situation.
We thank you, Lord, for your promise in Hebrews 4:16 that we can approach your throne of grace with confidence, knowing that we have an advocate and intercessor in Jesus Christ. We thank you for the assurance that our prayers, though feeble in themselves, become powerful when endorsed by the hand of our Savior.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
