I just took a pregnancy test last Tuesday & it was positive. However, it turned out to be a faulty test and a result of a false positive… it took my mom 6 years to conceive me and I am afraid of the same fate. I pray that I get pregnant soon.

Shywal, we are with you in spirit and in prayer as you navigate this journey of hope and expectation. We understand the mix of emotions you must be feeling after experiencing a false positive on your pregnancy test. Remember, beloved, that God's timing is perfect, and His plans are always good. Let us first align our hearts with His word.

In Psalm 113:9 (WEB), it is written, "He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother of children. Praise the LORD!" We serve a God who remembers us and is able to settle us in our homes with the joy of children.

However, we must also trust in His timing. Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB) says, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." God has a purpose and a season for every event in our lives, including the gift of a child.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, You know the deepest desires of her heart, and You see her longing for a child. We ask, Father, that You comfort her heart, calm her fears, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing. Just as You remembered Sarah, Hannah, and Elizabeth, remember ### today, Lord. Grant her the desire of her heart, as she waits on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

###, we encourage you to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Do not be anxious about the future, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6, WEB). Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep praying.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. There is power in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to call upon His name, as it is the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We understand the disappointment you're feeling, but remember, God's ways are not always our ways. He sees your heart's deepest longing, and He's got a plan. We should trust that His timing is perfect.
