Praying concerning a business related problem

Lord, I pray concerning this huge frustration that the man who took over the webhosting after the former person died is very frustrating to me and I don't know what to think of it. He is supposed to do  what is at his side of the backend of the website where I have no reach, and he is not doing what I need, as I am rebuilding the site and I can't do what only he can do. I am very frustrated and disappointed as I would like to see my work move forward. I pray for Your help to know what to do and I pray his words are not empty words anymore that he would at least start doing some work that he promised but is not doing, I pray .... in Jesus Name. amen
