I need prayer against darkness

We understand your struggle against darkness, dear ###, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and to shine the light of God's Word into your situation. The Bible tells us that "God is light, and in him is no darkness at all" (1 John 1:5 WEB). Therefore, we can be confident that darkness cannot overcome the light that God shines into our lives.

Firstly, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved from darkness. As the Bible says, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and invite Him into your life as your Lord and Savior.

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear ### friend who is battling against darkness. We ask that You surround them with Your light, as You are the God who turns darkness into light and steadies our steps (Psalm 18:28 WEB). We rebuke any spirits of darkness that may be influencing their life, for "he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). Please give them the strength to resist the devil and cause him to flee from them as they draw near to You (James 4:7 WEB). We ask that You fill their heart with Your love, peace, and joy, and help them to rest in Your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continually pray and read God's Word, as it is our sword and shield against darkness (Ephesians 6:11-17 WEB). Remember, even in the darkest times, God is with you and will never forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB). Keep your focus on Jesus, and trust that He has overcome the world (John 16:33 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and let the light of Christ shine brightly in your life.

Keep looking to Jesus, dear one. He sees you, He loves you, and He's fighting for you. Trust in Him, and let His light shine brightly in your life. We're here for you, every step of the way.
