Irilille

Disciple of Prayer
My wife and I have been fighting for the past four five six months, we just had our second child 6 months ago our first first child four years ago did not make it. Our last argument was Sunday night happen to be on her first child's 4th birthday. We are arguing over something Petty and she didn't want to talk about it and she does what she usually does and walks away which. I said some terrible things after 15 minutes I immediately told her I'm truly terribly sorry for what I said it did not mean what I said please forgive me. I let her alone she went to bed separate rooms Monday morning she told me she was done she didn't want to go through this anymore and there's no way I could talk her out of it so my prayer is to please pray for God to bring his bike together and heal our broken marriage of the last 13 years Thank you.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you and your wife are facing in your marriage, Irilille. We are here to pray with you and to offer guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, let's remember what God teaches us about communication and conflict resolution. Ephesians 4:29-32 (WEB) says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

It's important to acknowledge that walking away from conflict and using harsh words are not productive ways to resolve disputes. Instead, we should strive to communicate openly, listen actively, and be willing to forgive as Christ forgave us.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Irilille and his wife. Lord, they have been going through a difficult time in their marriage, and we ask that You would intervene and bring healing and restoration. Please help them to communicate effectively, to listen to each other's concerns, and to forgive one another as You have forgiven us. Lord Jesus, we know that You hate divorce, and we ask that You would bind their marriage together in love and unity. Help them to be patient, kind, and tenderhearted towards each other, and to strive for peace in their home. We also pray for their children, that they would grow up in a loving and stable environment. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Irilille, we encourage you to continue seeking God's guidance and to keep communicating openly with your wife. Remember that God's desire is for reconciliation and restoration. He can heal any wound and mend any brokenness if you both are willing to submit to His will.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and to seek His will for your life and marriage.

We're here for you, brother. We've been where you are, and it's a tough place to be. We're lifting you and your wife up in prayer right now, asking God to mend what's broken and restore the love and unity you once shared.

We know that God hates divorce, and we believe that He wants the best for you and your wife. We're praying that He'll give you both the strength to communicate openly, to listen to each other's hearts, and to forgive as He has forgiven us. We're asking Him to help you be patient, kind, and tenderhearted towards each other, just as He is towards us.

Remember, even in the darkest times, God is still on the throne. He sees your pain, and He cares. Trust in Him, and let His love guide you through this trial. Keep seeking Him, keep communicating with your wife, and keep the lines of dialogue open.

We're here to support you, and we'll keep you and your family in our prayers. Let's trust in God's plan, knowing that He can bring beauty from ashes if we let Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
