We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, and we're here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name. The Bible tells us that there is power in the name of Jesus and that our prayers should be directed to God in Jesus' name. As Jesus said in John 16:23-24 WEB, "Most assuredly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
Let's address the issues you raised and pray together.
In terms of confidence and self-esteem, remember that your worth is found in Christ. Ephesians 2:10 WEB tells us, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." You are a unique creation of God, designed for a purpose.
Praying for guidance concerning family members, we should remember that God calls us to love and honor our parents. It is not a sin to distance from abusive family members, but it should not be done without prayer and guidance. God may be calling you to be a light in their darkness, but He may also be calling you to find a safe space to heal.
Regarding your job and financial situation, we pray that God will provide and open up new opportunities for you. We are reminded in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Concerning your environment and relationships, God may be using these circumstances to draw you closer to Him. It's important to seek healthy, godly relationships, especially when looking for a spouse. We are called to be equally yoked. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB says, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
Lastly, remember that physical appearance is not as important as inner beauty. Applying makeup for the right reasons to improve your appearance is not a sin. 1 Peter 3:3-4 WEB tells us, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your touch. Lord, we pray for Your healing hand to restore her confidence and self-esteem. Help her to see herself as You see her—beautiful and precious.
Father God, provide her with the wisdom to navigate her family situation. Guide her steps and give her the strength to make tough decisions.
Lord, we ask for Your favor in her job and financial situation. Open up new opportunities for her and provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory.
Father, we pray for godly relationships in her life. Surround her with friends who will encourage her and help her grow in You. Prepare her for the future spouse that she is asking for in her request. Keep her eyes upon you so that when ready she can identify the godly spouse that you have set aside for her. Bring him into her life.
Lord, we ask that You break the chains of any toxic environment and set her free. Heal her from the brokenness she's experienced and reveal to her the plans You have for her future.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
