We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you and your family are facing. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's will for your brother and your mother.
Firstly, we acknowledge that you have brought this prayer request in the name of Jesus Christ. For "There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, through which we must be saved!" Just as there is no other name for salvation, there is also no other name by which we have access to God Almighty.
We need to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. Though we may not understand why He allows certain trials, we trust that He is sovereign and has a purpose for everything. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB:
"'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother who is struggling with severe autism. We pray for Your healing touch upon his mind and body. We ask that You grant him peace and calm, and that the screaming would cease. We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and so we ask for Your miraculous intervention in his life. We also pray for Your comfort and strength for our mother, who is feeling sick from the stress. We ask that You would surround her with Your love and peace, and that You would provide her with the help she needs, even if she is reluctant to accept it.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for our family, that we would know how to best support our brother and mother during this time. We ask that You would guide us and give us the strength to endure this trial with patience and grace.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is in His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we are saved. We thank you that you sent Him to earth to save us from our sins and be our advocate in heaven. We believe and trust in Jesus and ask this by his merit and authority.
Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church and community. God often works through His people to provide help and encouragement in times of need. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able to endure. He will make a way of escape.
As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB:
"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Stand firm in your faith, and trust in the Lord with all your heart. He is your strength and your shield.
