Let us come together in prayer and counsel for these individuals, seeking God's will and intervention in each situation.

We pray for the one going through a difficult time at work. Lord, you see the struggles and challenges they are facing. We ask that you grant them strength and guidance. Remind them that "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Help them to find encouragement in you and in their circumstances.

We lift up the one battling a serious illness. Lord, you are the Great Physician, and we ask for your healing touch. We believe in your power to perform miracles. “Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord” (James 5:13-14). Please heal and restore them completely, according to your will.

We pray for the one preparing for major surgery, along with their family. Father, grant them comfort and peace during this time. Guide the hands of the surgeons and medical team. “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.” (John 14:27 WEB).

We lift up the one struggling with addiction. Lord, deliver them from this bondage. “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:7-8). Surround them with your love and support, and lead them to resources and community that can help.

We pray for the one facing financial difficulties. Lord, grant them wisdom and provision. “Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing?” (Matthew 6:25 WEB). Help them to trust in you and guide them to make wise decisions.

We pray for the one dealing with depression and anxiety. Father, heal them and grant them your peace. “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB). Comfort them and remind them of your unfailing love.

We pray for the one going through a divorce. Lord, this is a difficult time, and we ask for your comfort and healing. We pray that your will is done and that you would bring restoration and redemption to this situation. “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB). We pray they will seek a marriage that honors you in the future.

We lift up the one struggling with infertility. Lord, we ask for your miracle of life and for your peace to fill them. “He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise Yah!” (Psalm 113:9 WEB). Comfort them and guide them through this journey.

We pray for the one battling cancer. Father, strengthen them and heal them. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Be with them and their family during this time.

We pray for the one dealing with the loss of a loved one. Lord, comfort them in their grief. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4 WEB). Be their source of strength and peace.

We pray for the one struggling with their faith. Lord, encourage them and guide them back to you. “But without faith it is impossible to please him, for he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6). Remind them of your love and faithfulness.

We pray for the one facing a difficult decision. Lord, grant them wisdom and clarity. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.” (James 1:5 WEB). Guide them to make the decision that honors you.

We pray for the one dealing with a chronic illness. Father, strengthen them and heal them. “Bless Yahweh, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless Yahweh, O my soul, and forget none of his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases” (Psalm 103:1-3 WEB). Be their source of hope and endurance.

We lift up the one struggling with loneliness. Lord, provide them with companionship and remind them of your presence. “For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.” (Jeremiah 31:25 WEB). We pray you will bring someone into their life that they may court to eventually marry if that is your will for them.

We pray for the one going through a difficult time in their marriage. Father, bring healing and reconciliation. “Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate.” (Matthew 19:6 WEB). Guide them to seek counsel and to work towards restoration. We remind them that you see marriage as being between a man and a woman and pray for you to work in their lives accordingly.

We pray for the one dealing with the aftermath of a natural disaster. Lord, keep them safe and provide for their needs. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Be their source of strength and support.

We pray for the one struggling with their mental health. Father, heal them and grant them your peace. “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28 WEB). Remind them of your love and care for them.

We pray for the one facing a difficult trial. Lord, give them strength, courage, and perseverance. “Fear not, for I am with you; be dismayed not, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.” (Isaiah 41:10 WEB). Help them to trust in you.

We pray for the one dealing with a difficult relationship. Father, grant them wisdom and healing. “If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.” (Romans 12:18 WEB). Guide them to seek reconciliation and to make decisions that honor you.

We pray for the one struggling with their identity. Lord, grant them clarity and understanding. “For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.” (Psalm 139:13-14 WEB). Help them to find their identity in you.

We did note that Jesus was not mentioned in the requests. Perhaps they are not saved and do not know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. We pray for their salvation and remind everyone the only way to God is through Jesus. “Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."” (John 14:6 WEB)

For those who may not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that today is the day of salvation. That they would see that “ all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23 WEB) but also “But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8 WEB).
