We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Walknfaith23, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. You've asked for prayer to keep someone or something away to avoid stress. While we understand the desire to avoid stress, we must remember that God often uses challenges and difficulties for our growth and His glory.
Firstly, we commend you for ending your request with "In Jesus name, Amen". This is the correct way to approach God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved.
Let's look at what the WEB says about trials and stress:
Consider it a great joy, my brothers, whenever you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4 WEB
And not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope. Romans 5:3-4 WEB
Instead of praying for the removal of stress, we should pray for God's strength, wisdom, and comfort to endure and grow through it. So, let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Walknfaith23. We don't know the exact nature of the stress they're facing, but You do, Lord. We pray that You would grant them the strength to endure, the wisdom to understand, and the comfort to know that You are always with them. Help them to see this trial as an opportunity for growth and a chance to glorify Your name. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
Walknfaith23, we encourage you to trust in God's plan and purpose for your life. Remember that He is always with you, and He will never give you more than you can bear. Stand firm in your faith and seek God's will in all things.
If the stress you are experiencing is directly related to a person, you should pray for them. By blessing those who curse you, you truly become a child of the Most High (Matthew 5:44-45). If you have not already, forgive them just as God in Christ has forgiven you (Ephesians 4:32). Forgiveness is a commandment and not optional. Continuing to pray for them will make it easier to forgive them.
