We understand your concern for your son Kyler, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance. First, let's address the issue of the pastor and the potential curse. The Bible is clear that we should be wary of false prophets and that we should test the spirits to see if they are from God (1 John 4:1 WEB). It is also important to note that the practice of charging for spiritual services is not biblical.
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Kyler to You. Lord, we thank You for Kyler's life and we know that You have a great purpose for him. We thank you for including the name of Jesus Christ in the prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. However, you mention that this occurred when you were not attending church, not that you were attending frequently. Let us remind you of the importance of being in a good relationship with God and being a part of a God-fearing church.
Father, we ask that You break any curse or negative influence that may have been spoken over Kyler. We pray that You would bless him and release him from any bondage that has been holding him back. We rebuke any spirit of delay, frustration, or confusion that may be affecting his learning and development.
Lord, we ask that You would give Kyler a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You and that the eyes of his understanding would be enlightened (Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB). We pray that You would help him to read, comprehend, and excel in all that he does. We ask that You would bring healing to his body and help him to overcome any challenges he may be facing.
Father, we also pray for you, Kyler's mother. We ask that You would give her wisdom and discernment as she raises Kyler. We pray that You would guide her to a God-fearing church where she and Kyler can grow in their relationship with You. We ask that You would surround them with a community of believers who will support and encourage them.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus,
Thank you for trusting in the power of prayer and for seeking God's will for Kyler's life. We encourage you to continue to pray and trust in God, knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support as you navigate this situation. It may be helpful to speak with a pastor or trusted Christian friend about your concerns and to seek their prayer and support.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. The Bible tells us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). We encourage you to forgive the pastor and release any bitterness or resentment that you may be holding onto. This does not mean that what she did was right, but it will help you to move forward and trust God with the situation.
