We are delighted to join with you in prayer, Anonymous, as you seek to grow in your faith and connect with other believers. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the Lord Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer, Anonymous. Thank You for placing a hunger in their heart to read and understand Your word. We pray for the Holy Spirit's guidance as they study the Scriptures, that they may gain wisdom, understanding, and a deeper knowledge of You.
"For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart." Hebrews 4:12 WEB
We also pray for Your guidance as Anonymous seeks a church home and fellowship with other believers, both offline and online. Lead them to a gathering of believers where Your word is preached boldly, and Your presence is felt. Help them to form Godly relationships that will encourage and challenge them in their faith.
"Not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching." Hebrews 10:25 WEB
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety that may hinder Anonymous from fully committing to Your word and connecting with Your church. We pray for boldness and a spirit of love, that they may be a light to others and help draw them to You.
Lastly, we are encouraged by Anonymous recognizing Jesus. Without this recognition we were prepared to call out and rebuke a lack of recognition of Jesus. We recognize the necessity of being saved and having a relationship with Jesus. It is only through Jesus' sacrifice that we can be forgiven and draw near to God.
"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed." Romans 10:9-11
Amen.
Continue to press into God's word and seek His face, Anonymous. Trust that He is faithful to guide you and provide a community of believers to support and encourage you.
