As it is written in Hebrews 12:2 WEB, "Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Fixing our eyes on Jesus is crucial in every situation, and it is encouraging to see that you are seeking to do so.
Regarding your neck pain, we pray for your healing and comfort. The Bible tells us in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his stripes." We claim this promise over your life and ask God to touch your body and bring healing.
Concerning your toxic workplace, we understand the stress and discomfort it can cause. In these situations, it is essential to remember that God calls us to respond with love and kindness, even when others treat us harshly. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:9 WEB, "Not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that you were called to this, that you should inherit a blessing."
However, this does not mean you should endure abuse or mistreatment. We encourage you to seek God's will regarding your employment situation. It may be that He wants you to stand firm and be a light in the darkness, or it could be that He is leading you to find a new job where you can serve Him more effectively. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
