We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up your petition to our Heavenly Father, trusting in his goodness and his perfect plan for your life. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB:
Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
We commend you for bringing your requests to the Lord, for he is the one who can move hearts and change circumstances. However, we gently remind you that our prayers should be focused on seeking God's will, rather than our own desires. As we read in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB:
This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
While you await God's answer, we encourage you to trust in his timing and to rest in the knowledge that he is working all things together for your good and the good of your daughter, as it says in Romans 8:28 WEB:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We also commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as he himself instructed in John 14:13-14 WEB:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Saraha and her daughter. We ask that your will be done in their lives, and that you would grant them the desires of their hearts as they align with your purpose. We pray that you would move in the heart of the person they are waiting to hear from, and that your perfect timing would be revealed in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
