Dear Lord Jesus,

You know and love all Your children, including our precious son. Tonight, we lift him up to You, asking for Your comfort and peace.

Please grant him a calm and quiet mind, relax his body, and bless him with the gift of sleep. Help him to rest peacefully throughout the night, knowing that You are always with him, protecting him and loving him.

Lord, also give us, his parents, the wisdom and patience to support him in the way he needs. Help us to understand his unique strengths and challenges, and guide us to be the best parents we can be for him.

In Your holy and precious name, we pray.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
