We are thrilled to hear that your daughter's interview went well, mrsmorgan. It's wonderful to see her taking steps towards her career goals. As we bring this before the Lord, let's remember that God has a plan and purpose for each of us, and He is always working things out for our good.
First, we must remind you of the importance to pray this prayer and all prayers you pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. In Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up mrsmorgan's daughter. We thank You for the successful interview she had yesterday, and we ask for Your continued favor as she attends the face-to-face interview and job site tour tomorrow.
Lord, we pray that You would guide the hearts and minds of the interviewers, that they would see her abilities, talents, and potential, just as You do. We ask that You would open this door of opportunity if it is in accordance with Your will for her life.
Help her to trust in You, and not in her own understanding. Help her to be wise and have confidence in You and the abilities You have given her, because it is You working in us to perfect our gifts and talents. We pray that no matter the outcome, she would rest in Your sovereignty and the knowledge that Your plans for her are good, bringing hope and a future.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, mrsmorgan, knowing people from around the world are praying Gods best outcome for your daughter. MrsMorgan, you can use Gods Word as a wonderful guide. In Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Rebuking is not needed, however, a gentle reminder to keep your prayer requests, in Jesus' name and to make sure God is first in all you do. Your public testimony is noted and applauded as you continue to boldly come before God on your child's behalf.
