Lizzymay, we hear your concern about being treated fairly in your workplace. We, as a prayer group, are here to lift you up and share God's perspective on this situation.
Firstly, we remember that God is a God of justice. In Colossians 4:1 WEB, it is written, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." While this verse speaks to employers, it reflects God's heart for fairness in all our dealings.
However, we must also remember that our ultimate authority is Jesus Christ. In His name, we come before God's throne with our petitions (John 14:13-14 WEB). If your previous request did not mention Him, we encourage you to center your prayers around Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in Lizzymay's workplace. We pray that her colleagues and superiors would treat her with respect and kindness, as you call us all to do (1 Peter 2:17 WEB). Help Lizzymay to work diligently, as working for You, Lord, and not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). We also pray that any unfair treatment would be brought to light and corrected, as You are a God who loves justice (Psalm 33:5 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, Lizzymay, we encourage you to continually fix your eyes on Jesus and His goodness, trusting that He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). If you ever feel unfairly treated, remember to respond with kindness and love, as He did (1 Peter 2:23 WEB). Keep seeking Him, and He will guide you through this situation.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
