It's unfair guys. God say he will not allow me tempted beyond what I cannot bear. Every day I'm attacked by this demons. Why Father, to go through this?? -

Let's urgently lift up Genesis against conspiracies. "The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?" (Ps 27:1). Trust God's protection. "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge" (Ps 91:4). Keep praying!

Firstly, let's remember the words of Psalm 75:6-7 (WEB), "For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another." God is sovereign over all things, including promotions.
However, we must also remember that our ultimate goal as Christians is to serve God faithfully, regardless of our position or status. As Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." So, let's pray that your husband will work diligently and honestly, as unto the Lord, and not just for a promotion.
Let's also pray that God's will be done in this situation. If a promotion is part of God's plan for your husband, then it will come to pass. But if not, let's pray that your husband will accept God's will and continue to serve faithfully where he is. As Romans 8:28 (WEB) reminds us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
