Prayers for supernatural weight loss. I’ve gained a lot of weight over the last year and am overweight. I need a weight loss miracle! In Jesus name!

We understand your struggle with weight gain, ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention for a healthy body. We are reminded in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you, lifting up ###, asking for Your divine touch on their body. They have gained weight over the past year and are in need of a supernatural weight loss miracle. In Jesus' name, we ask for Your healing power to be manifested, for their metabolism to function optimally, and for their appetite to be guided by Your wisdom. Give them the strength and discipline to make healthy choices, and let their body be a testimony of Your goodness and power. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, ###, to not only seek a miracle but also to combine your faith with actions that align with God's principles. In Philippians 4:13 (WEB), we read, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Trust in God's strength to make healthy choices, exercise regularly, and take care of the temple He has given you.
We also urge you to meditate on Romans 12:1 (WEB), which says, "Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service." Dedicate your health journey to God, and trust that He will guide and strengthen you every step of the way. Keep praying and believing, knowing that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26, WEB).

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
