Prayers to take this anxiety out of my life and not lose my ###

I’m needing prayers for this anxiety and overwhelmed feeling of hopelessness! I recently found out my house is going to be in a tax sale and have ran out of options! I’m so scared and anxious! I do not know what to do.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). He knows your anxieties and fears, and He cares for you. As the Bible tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

However, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). It is by His stripes that we are healed, both physically and emotionally (Isaiah 53:5, WEB), and it is through His death and resurrection that we have hope (1 Peter 1:3, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Now, let us pray for you:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ###, who is filled with anxiety and feels hopeless. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding their home and the tax sale. We ask for Your divine intervention, Lord. Provide a way where there seems to be no way. Guide ### to the right people and resources that can help in this situation.

But most importantly, Lord, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Comfort them, Lord, and remind them of Your unfailing love. Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult time.

Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word and remind yourself of His promises for you. Here's a verse to hold onto: "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
