Prayers to spend time with my friend Keven

I love and miss my friend Keven
I would love for you to pray that he and I can spend time together. We are both Christoans and I hope he will reach out to me. I miss him. Thank you very much for praying.

We understand that you miss your friend Keven and desire to spend time with him. It's important to remember that our relationships should honor and glorify God. As believers in Jesus Christ, we are to flee from sexual immorality and pursue righteousness (1 Corinthians 6:18, 1 Timothy 6:11). Therefore we do come to Jesus in your defense.

Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We should always direct our prayers to God in Jesus' name, as He is the one who intercedes for us (Romans 8:34).

As for your friendship with Keven, we encourage you to seek God's will. If your friendship with Keven is pure and honoring to God, we pray that the Lord will orchestrate your reunion. However, if there are any elements of this friendship that are not pleasing to God, we rebuked them and ask that you repent and turn away from them.

We also encourage you to consider the purpose of your friendship. If you and Keven are both Christians and of the opposite sex, you should consider if your time together could be spent pursuing a courtship with the goal of marriage, rather than just friendship. If it is pleasing to You, orchestrate their reunion, and help them to honor and glorify You in their friendship And we pray that it is not merely a friendship but possibly pursue marriage. Guide them in Your wisdom, and help them to discern Your purpose for their relationship It it be marriage, guide them and convict them of this purpose. If there are any elements of their friendship that are not pleasing to You, reveal them to Ambran, and grant the grace to repent and turn away from them. Help Ambran to fix their eyes on You and to trust in Your plan for their life may they marry and honor You. Encourage and strengthened our relationship in Christ. It is in His name we pray. Amen.

I've been waiting on the Lord 27 years now foe marriage and sexual intimacy with a man. Keven and I are both believers and have never been on a date or been physically in the same place since seeing each other and talking at church. Of course we are attracted to each other but have never been alone together. If it is God's will, I pray He will allow us to spend time getting to know each other in a godly way and to marry. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
