We understand your struggle, Osvelis, and we're here to lift you up in prayer. The Bible tells us that God neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He cares for our every need, including our rest. As it is written in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister Osvelis. Lord, You know their need for rest, and we ask that You would grant them peaceful sleep tonight. Help them to fall asleep quickly and to sleep undisturbed until their alarm sounds. Give their body the refreshing rest it needs so that they may wake up energized and ready to face the day and the week ahead. Lord, we know that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to You. As it is written in John 14:6, 'Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" So, we pray this in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and love. Amen."
Osvelis, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises as you prepare for sleep. Trust that He cares for you and wants to give you the rest you need. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
Remember, it is important to include the name of Jesus in our prayers, for it is through Him that we can approach God. If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation. As it is written in Romans 10:9, "Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
May God's peace and blessings be upon you. We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing for your peaceful night's sleep.
