We understand your concern and fear, Tavlarhe, but we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including your job and the grants that support it. We are called to trust in Him, not in the stability of our employment or the decisions of an administration. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
In times of uncertainty, we should first turn to God, knowing that He cares for us. As Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.".
Let us pray together for your situation:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Tavlarhe. We thank You that You are sovereign over all things, and nothing happens without Your knowledge. We ask, Lord, that You will protect Tavlarhe's job and the grants that support it. Provide for their needs, Lord, as You have promised in Your word. Help them to trust in You more, to cast their anxieties on You, and to find peace in Your care. Give them the strength and faith to endure this trial, knowing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. We also pray for the administration, that they may make wise decisions and honor You in their governance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Tavlarhe, that God is in control. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this trial. It is also a good time to seek God and ask for wisdom. He may be wanting to direct your work in another direction. Be sensitive to His leading and know that He is always working out the best for you. Keep trusting in the name of Jesus and keep believing in Him. Your faith is in Him and not in the job. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith.
