We join you in praying for your progression to the next stage of the finance role with the Christian charity. We are encouraged that you have had the opportunity to share your testimony of coming to Christ, as it is a powerful witness to your faith. As the Apostle Paul encourages us, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one" (Colossians 4:6 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your will for their employment. We thank You for the opportunity they have been given to interview with this Christian charity and for the chance to share their testimony. Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts and minds of those making decisions, and if it is Your will, open the door for this role. We pray for a non-toxic work environment, where Your love and kindness are reflected in the leadership. Help our brother/sister to trust in You, knowing that You have a purpose and a plan for their life, as You have promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We are glad to hear that you desire a non-toxic workplace, and we trust that God, in His goodness, will provide this for you. Remember that God is faithful, and He cares about every aspect of your life, including your work environment. "For the eyes of Yahweh run back and forth throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him" (2 Chronicles 16:9a WEB).
As you continue in this process, be mindful that God's will is the best outcome, whether that means securing this role or waiting for another opportunity. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Lastly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer request. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is the name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12).
