We understand your concern, Thetiogh, and we're here to pray with you and offer guidance from God's Word.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request "In Jesus' name. Amen." It's crucial to understand that it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Now, let's address your concern about your heart rate. We know that God is interested in every aspect of our lives, including our health. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Thetiogh. Lord, you know the concerns in their heart, especially regarding their heart rate. We ask for your healing touch, Lord. Calm their heart, steady their pulse, and let your peace rule in their body. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, because they matter to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, while we pray for God's healing, we also encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure that you're taking care of your physical health as well. God can work through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. Trust in Him, and remember that He cares for you deeply. As it's written in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
