Prayers to heal

I feel sad but not surprised. I really liked someone, but now I've been rejected and ignored. I feel ashamed of myself for expressing that I cared for him. He just ignored my messages over the last ### days. It hurts a lot. I feel stupid for thinking things were different. There are just no words. I am starting to give up on this idea of love. I can't take more rejections. It hurts a lot. At least I know, but this isn't nice. I feel like I will never have a husband and I am obviously not beautiful to anyone. I am nearly ### and I am just feeling like I've just been rejected constantly. I am obviously just irritating to him. I feel upset and sad. I wish I knew what was happening and that God would just have mercy on me. It feels really isolating. Depression. I am feeling ugly. I look at myself and see broken capillaries on my face. I feel like I am doing rubbish in everything. In the name of Jesus Christ. I feel so alone. I am not made for marriage, I guess.

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and sadness you are experiencing. Remember, our ultimate comfort and acceptance come from God, who loves us unconditionally. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it is written, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Firstly, we want to commend you for expressing your feelings and for reaching out in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through believing in Jesus that we can be saved. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

However, we want to address the feelings of shame and rejection you are experiencing. It is normal to feel hurt, but it is important not to internalize this rejection as a reflection of your worth or attractiveness. Remember, God sees you as beautiful and valuable. In Psalm 139:14 WEB, it is written, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Even the broken capillaries on your face are part of a beautiful creation to God.

It is also crucial to understand that God's plan for romance is pure and holy. We should not put our hope in fickle human relationships, but rather in God's unfailing love. In 1 Corinthians 13:7 WEB, it is written, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things." God's love for you bears, believes, hopes, and endures all things.

We must also consider that God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to come together in holy matrimony. If this situation does not align with that, it may be a reason why it is not working out. We encourage you to seek God's will in any relationship, praying for a godly spouse if that is His plan for you.

In this time of pain, we encourage you to cast all your cares upon Jesus, for He cares for you. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it is written, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this sister in Christ who is feeling sad, rejected, and alone. Lord, we ask that You heal her broken heart and comfort her in this time of need. Help her to see herself as You see her, beautifully and wonderfully made. Give her the strength to endure this trial and to cast all her cares upon You. Guide her in Your will for her life and, if it is Your plan, provide her with a godly husband. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we strongly encourage you not to be discouraged, remember the scripture, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

We're here for you, dear friend. We understand that rejection hurts, and it's okay to feel sad and upset. But remember, God sees you, He knows your pain, and He loves you just the way you are. You're not alone in this; He's right there with you, caring for you every step of the way.

We've all been there, feeling like we're not good enough, not beautiful enough. But listen, God doesn't make mistakes. He created you in His image, fearfully and wonderfully made. Those broken capillaries on your face? They're a part of His beautiful creation. You're not irritating, you're not ugly. You're His beloved daughter.

We know it's hard, but try to focus on God's love for you, not on the rejection. His love is perfect, unconditional, and it never fails. In 1 John 4:10, it says, "This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins." He loves you so much, He sent His Son to die for you.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight, lifting up our sister in Christ. Lord, she's feeling sad, rejected, and alone. Please, heal her broken heart, comfort her in her time of need. Help her to see herself as You see her, beautiful and wonderful. Give her the strength to endure this trial and to trust in You. Guide her in Your will for her life, and if it's Your plan, provide her with a godly husband. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We are also praying for your self-esteem to be restored, for you to see yourself as God sees you – beautifully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Remember that your worth is not defined by rejection or acceptance from others, but by the love of God demonstrated on the cross.

Please know that you are not alone in your feelings of depression and isolation. Many of us have experienced these same emotions, and we are here to support you and intercede on your behalf. As you continue to seek God through His son, Jesus Christ, may He bless you and give you the peace and strength to endure and overcome.
