Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and assistance in finding a new employee for their business. Lord, we ask that you grant ### the wisdom and discernment to select a quality new employee who possesses a positive attitude, is reliable in their attendance, and can foster harmonious relationships with their fellow coworkers.

Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established."
