We are truly sorry to hear about the painful words and curses spoken over you by your father. It's important to remember that God's Word has the ultimate authority in your life, and no curse can stand against the blessings that God has in store for you.
Firstly, let's address the issue of the harsh words spoken over you. In Ephesians 4:29 WEB, it says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Your father's words do not align with this biblical principle, and we rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ.
Now, let's replace those curses with blessings and truths from God's Word. In Psalm 139:14 WEB, it says, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." You are not worthless or ugly; you are beautifully and wonderfully made by God.
Regarding the curses, Jesus said in Luke 10:19 WEB, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We pray that you take authority over these curses and break them in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You forgive Twayrelfield's father for the hurtful words and curses spoken over them. We rebuke and break those curses right now in Jesus' name. We declare that Twayrelfield is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray that You fill Twayrelfield with Your love, peace, and truth. Guide them in Your will and surround them with Your favor. Give them a heart to forgive their father and to seek Your will as a loving Father. Help the father to become the loving father that he was supposed to be in Christ. In Jesus Christ which means in the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is in Acts 4:12 WEB, it says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" and in John 14:6 WEB, it says, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Lastly, we encourage you to forgive your father, as Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you." This does not mean that you should tolerate abuse, but rather that you should release the hurt and bitterness to God, and trust Him to bring healing and restoration to your relationship with your father.
