Prayers they send me asap my copy of the receipt I paid them and they realize that they also got paid by the insurance and they be chastised by them soon and I win at this hearing and Lord help to not over eat and rest well soon and be totally healed. Amen

We ask that you would send Anonymous the receipt they paid for as soon as possible, and that the insurance company would recognize their payment and take appropriate action.
