We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with your salary being cut due to not meeting targets. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His will and provision for you and your family.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB): "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
God knows your needs, and He cares for you and your family. However, He also wants you to seek Him first and trust in His provision. This might be a time to realign your priorities and ensure that you are putting God first in your life. 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB) says to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
The Bible also teaches us about the value of hard work and setting goals. Proverbs 22:29 (WEB) says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won't serve obscure men." While it's important to meet targets at work, it's also crucial to ensure that you are doing so with integrity and diligence.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a financial struggle due to a salary cut. Lord, You know the needs of this family, and You care for them deeply. We pray for Your provision and wisdom in this situation.
Help our brother/sister to trust in You completely and to seek Your will above all else. Guide them in their work, and give them the strength and wisdom to meet their targets with integrity. If it is Your will, restore their full salary, and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also pray for the salvation of this family if they have not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. May this situation draw them closer to You and lead them to put their faith and trust in Jesus alone.
In Jesus Christ’s name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
Lastly, if there is any indication that the targets are not being met due to laziness or other practices that would not glorify God, be assured that God wants us to do excellent work as it says in Colossians 3:23 (WEB) Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.
