I currently do not have my own place so I am praying that I can move in with my ### and his ### and find a job while living with them and that they see me as an asset to their family and a good thing and that his family becomes my family and that we keep our sobriety and God first.

We understand that you are seeking prayers for your living situation and relationships. Firstly, we would like to address that it is wonderful to see that you want to keep God first in your life. It is only through a relationship with Jesus Christ that we can truly put God first. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB states "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."

However, we need to address a few things in your request. It is unclear who you are planning to move in with, but it is important to clarify that the Bible encourages people who are not married to live separately. Courtship should honor God and marriage. If the person you are referring to is not your spouse, we encourage you to reconsider your living arrangements.

1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB reminds us "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God."

Moving in together before marriage can often lead to temptations to sin. If you are intending to marry this person, we encourage you to do so in a way that honors God and keep your courtship pure.

In regards to your job and sobriety, we commend you for seeking work and wanting to remain sober. This shows a desire to be productive and live a life that honors God. Colossians 3:23 WEB tells us "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person who is seeking Your will in their life. We pray for guidance and wisdom in their living situation, that they may honor You in all their decisions. If they are pursuing a relationship, we pray that it is a godly courtship with marriage as the goal. We ask for a job to be provided to them, where they can use their gifts and talents to bring You glory. We also pray for continued sobriety, that they may live a life free from addiction and serve You wholeheartedly. And if they do not believe in Jesus Christ, we pray for their salvation. Please convict them of their sins and reveal to them the redemptive power of Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We know that finding a place to call your own and a job can be challenging, but remember, God is faithful and He will provide (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
