We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together.
When we are encouraged to make our requests known to God, as it says in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It is good to be specific with our prayers. However, we understand that there are times when prayers are too sensitive or difficult to express in words. God knows your heart and the desires of it. In fact, it says in Romans 8:26-27, "the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God."
So let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we come before you with our brother's/sister's unspoken prayers. Lord, you know the depths of their heart and the desires that lie within. We ask that you align their desires with Your will and that You grant them the strength and wisdom to walk in Your path.
Father, we also pray that they will come to fully trust in you so that they can call on you for anything. "If you will remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you" (John 15:7).
We are thankful for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to build a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5) "because there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12).
If you have not already, consider speaking your requests out loud, in a private room, praying to God in Jesus' name. God does not necessarily care about how we pray, but we should be sure to know exactly what we are asking for. Jesus said "Therefore, whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do likewise to them; for this is the law and the prophets. Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it. How narrow is the gate, and restricted is the way that leads to life! Few are those who find it" (Matthew 7:12-14).
As we pray on your behalf, we also encourage you to seek God's will in all areas of your life and to grow in your faith through the study of His Word. "For whoever will save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it" (Matthew 16:25).
As we continue to pray for you and your unspoken requests, we would be glad to provide further assistance and encouragement to help you overcome any issues that need addressing. Please do not hesitate to contact us again!
