We are here to lift you up in prayer and to seek God's will together. First, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In John 16:23-24 WEB, Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." So, we will present your requests to God the Father in the name of Jesus.
Although your requests are unspoken, our loving Heavenly Father knows your needs. In Matthew 6:8 WEB, Jesus said, "Therefore don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son. We lift up our brother or sister in Christ who has submitted these unspoken requests. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the true needs behind these requests. We ask that You grant them the desires of their heart, as long as it aligns with Your perfect will.
Father, we also pray for their walk with You. Draw them closer to You, and help them to know Your voice more intimately. Guide them in their relationship with You, and give them a greater understanding of Your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Lastly, remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Take heart, for God is faithful. He will hear your prayers and answer according to His perfect will.
